1. Nature of the service

CarLiftBoard is a classifieds platform that lets users post and browse listings related to transport and car lift services within the UAE. We are not a transport company, we are not a contractual intermediary between users, and we do not employ drivers or own vehicles.

2. Your account

Information you provide at registration must be accurate, and the phone number you register with must genuinely belong to you. Creating multiple accounts to get around posting limits or a suspension is not allowed.

3. Permitted listings

A listing must relate to a genuine transport service being offered or requested, and must follow our published content policy. We reserve the right to reject, suspend or remove any listing that violates these terms, without prior notice.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you post, and for any arrangement you reach with another user through the platform. You must verify the other party's identity, vehicle and any required licenses before agreeing to anything, and never transfer money upfront without sufficient verification.

5. Suspension and bans

We may suspend or ban any account that violates these terms or is used in a way that harms other users or the platform, without any obligation to compensate for that action.

6. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy or safety of any listing published on the platform, and we are not liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of any advertised service. See our Platform Disclaimer page for more detail.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
