Content Policy

The basic rule

Every listing must represent a genuine transport service being offered or requested, cover exactly one clearly defined route, and include accurate vehicle, timing and price information.

Not allowed in the title or description

• Phone numbers, external links, or any alternative contact method bypassing the site's reveal system.
• HTML code or scripts of any kind.
• Offensive, discriminatory or hateful language.
• Misleading content or impersonating another person or organization.

Strictly prohibited services

• Transporting people for unlawful purposes.
• Transporting prohibited goods or hazardous materials.
• Any listing that uses transport as a pretext to collect money fraudulently (a deposit before verification).
• Duplicate listings for the same route intended to take up extra space in the listings.

Monitoring and removal

Your listing appears in the public listings as soon as it's posted, under the site's current settings. Full responsibility for a listing's compliance with this policy rests with the advertiser. We continuously monitor published listings and review reports submitted about them, and any listing that breaks this policy can be rejected, suspended or removed at any time, with the reason explained to the advertiser whenever possible.
