• We do not employ drivers or own vehicles, and we do not assign any trip to anyone.
• We do not independently verify users' identities, the validity of driving licenses, or the condition of advertised vehicles.
• We do not receive or mediate any payment between users for a transport service.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, nor any user's follow-through on what their listing states.
• We do not verify the accuracy of every detail in a listing before it appears in the public listings; full responsibility for a listing's accuracy and compliance with our content policy rests with the advertiser.

By holding an account and using the platform, you acknowledge that any arrangement you reach with another user is entirely your own responsibility, and that CarLiftBoard is not liable for any dispute, damage, financial loss, or physical harm arising from the use of any service advertised on the site.
